Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with EASYGLIDE STUDIO LLC. We want you to love your new curtains. If something’s not right, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.


🔁 1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
  • Items must not be custom-made or personalized, unless defective
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable unless defective or damaged upon arrival:

  • Custom-made curtains, blinds, or fabric cuts
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Used or damaged products (unless due to transit)

📦 3. How to Initiate a Return

Please email us at House@easyglidestudio.com within 30 days of receiving your item.
Include the following:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return
  • Photo evidence (if item is damaged or incorrect)

We’ll respond with return instructions and a shipping label if approved.


💵 4. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

🔄 5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product, please return the original item and place a new order.


📦 6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at House@easyglidestudio.com
  • Include photos of the damage or issue
  • We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost

🚚 Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), we will cover return shipping
  • If the return is due to change of mind or buyer’s remorse, the customer is responsible for return shipping
